A plain-language summary of what we collect and why. Last updated June 2026.

What we collect

Visit analytics. When you load a page we record the page, the time, your approximate location (country, region, city), your device type, your browser and operating system, the site that referred you, and your IP address.

Concierge chat. If you use the AI assistant on the site, we store the messages exchanged so we can understand common questions and improve our responses.

Why we collect it

To understand how the site is used and to make our products and answers better. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We remove IP addresses from visit records after 30 days, and we delete visit records entirely after 180 days.

Service providers

The site runs on Vercel, which also provides privacy friendly traffic analytics. The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic. These providers process data on our behalf.
