The demo for an ambient scribe is easy. The product is not, because a clinical note is a legal document and the interesting failure is not a wrong word, it is a confident sentence about something nobody said.
What we hold
- Observed and inferred are separate fields, rendered differently, all the way through. The model is never allowed to blur them.
- The note is generated into a schema and validated before a clinician sees it. A malformed section fails loudly instead of arriving half-written.
- Every edit after generation is attributed and timestamped, so the record shows what the clinician changed.
- Identifiers are stripped on the way to the model and reattached on the way back, from one canonical list.
None of that is visible in a demo. All of it is what a compliance review asks about first.
